No. In fact, this program works best for students who don't have a clear direction yet. The goal isn't to push you toward a specific career — it's to give you a thinking framework that works in any direction you choose.

One session per month, 60–90 minutes, for six months. Each session has a short between-session deliverable — usually one page. That's it.

Both options are available depending on the cohort. Your application will ask for your preference.

We review every application. We're not looking for perfect grades or a polished résumé. We're looking for curiosity, self-awareness, and a willingness to show up and do the work.
