AI-Enabled Implementation Consultant · Corporate L&D & Financial Services SaaS
I built a methodology because I lived the problem.
For years, I worked inside organizations that were doing everything right on paper — buying the right tools, securing the budget, getting leadership buy-in — and still watching adoption fail.
Not because the technology was wrong. Because nobody built the system to make people actually use it.
I saw it as an educator training adults through national programs. I saw it in curriculum redesigns that launched strong and quietly died six months later. I saw it in certification rollouts where the tools were ready and the people weren't — not because they couldn't learn, but because the implementation process never gave them a real reason to.
That pattern became the foundation of everything I do now.
What I do
I'm an AI-Enabled Implementation Consultant. I work with Corporate Learning & Development teams and Financial Services SaaS companies that have invested in the right platform and are watching adoption fall short of what was promised.
The gap between purchasing technology and people actually using it is where most implementations die. I close that gap — with a structured methodology, AI-enabled workflows, and a documented system your team owns long after the engagement ends.
Every engagement I run follows the CLEAR Framework™ — a proprietary implementation methodology I developed from seven years of delivering programs that had to perform against real metrics. Not just launch. Perform.
Background
I didn't start in consulting. I started in the classroom.
I spent years as an educator and program manager — designing curriculum, training adults, building workflows for teams that had no margin for failure. During that time I managed a national financial literacy program that reached 2,000+ participants across multiple states, led a digital certification rollout that achieved a 97% pass rate, and rebuilt an entire Career & Technical Education pathway from the ground up.
Those programs taught me something no MBA program does: why people resist new tools, what it actually takes to get adoption, and how to build systems that hold up after the consultant leaves the room.
The MBA came later — along with certifications in Asana workflow architecture, Make.com automation design, and advanced AI workflow integration. The result is a skill set that is genuinely rare: one consultant who can map your stakeholders, build your Asana project architecture, automate your handoff process, and document everything in a Digital Vault your team can run independently.
Most organizations need four specialists to cover that ground. I cover it in one engagement.
How I work
Async-first. Structured. No chaos.
Every engagement begins with a signed SOW and a TTFV target — a specific, written definition of what success looks like for your organization before a single task is built. From there, you get weekly Loom updates, a live Risk Register, and a Communication Contract that eliminates the ambiguity that derails most projects.
When the engagement closes, you don't get a slide deck. You get a Digital Vault — a Notion-based knowledge base of every SOP, playbook, and process built during the engagement. Fully searchable. Fully yours.
I take 2–3 active engagements at a time. That's intentional. Every client gets real attention, not a junior team member and a check-in call.

Built to Earn™ — Coming Soon
Consulting pays the bills. This is the work that matters beyond the invoice.
Built to Earn™ is a mentorship program in development for CTE and vocational learners — students who are building real, marketable skills in the classroom and need someone in their corner who understands both the education system and what the workforce actually demands.
Most career mentorship programs are designed by people who went the traditional route. Built to Earn™ is designed by someone who came up through CTE, understands the value of applied learning, and has spent years proving that vocational pathways lead to serious careers.
More details coming soon. If you're a CTE educator or program coordinator who wants to be notified at launch, reach out directly.
If this sounds like what you need
Every engagement starts with a Discovery Sprint — a paid, structured diagnostic that identifies exactly where your implementation is breaking down and what it's costing you. Five business days. A real deliverable. A decision you can make with confidence.
