Implementation Consultant. Speaker. Mentor. Sidequester.
There's a version of this page that leads with credentials.
This isn't that version.
Because before the MBA, before the CLEAR Framework™, before the consulting practice and the speaking stage and the mentorship program — there was a woman who hit a wall. Quietly. Professionally. Spiritually.
I did everything right. Built a national financial literacy program that reached 2,000+ people across multiple states. Walked into classrooms every day and poured into students while quietly wondering if I had poured out everything I had left. Stayed in seasons God was clearly trying to move me out of because leaving felt irresponsible and staying felt safe.
That was the wilderness. And I stayed there longer than I needed to.
What I didn't know then was that the wilderness wasn't punishment. It was preparation. Every curriculum I rebuilt, every workflow I designed, every student I refused to give up on — God was building something in me that I couldn't see yet. He was doing what He does. Preserving. Positioning. Getting me ready for the next level by isolating me from everything that wasn't supposed to come with me.
The Sidequest wasn't a detour. It was the whole point.
So who am I now?
I'm an Implementation Consultant who built a methodology because I lived the problem. I work with Corporate L&D teams and Financial Services companies that have the right tools and the wrong adoption — and I close that gap with the CLEAR Framework™, AI-enabled workflows, and systems that hold up long after I'm gone.
I'm a Speaker. My talk — The Sidequest: What burnout, rebuilding, and an unexpected detour with God taught me about purpose, systems, and starting over — exists because I needed someone to tell me it was okay to be in the middle. I'm that person now.
I'm the founder of Built to Earn™ — a free mentorship program for Career and Technical Education (CTE) high school Juniors and Seniors who are building real skills and need someone in their corner who actually understands where they're headed.
And I'm a Sidequester. Documenting the middle in real time across The Diary of a Sidequester — because the highlight reel was never the part that helped anybody.
What I believe:
That isolation is sometimes preservation. That the wilderness has a purpose. That God interrupts your plans because He has better ones. That burnout isn't the end of your story — it's usually the beginning of the real one. That systems and faith are not opposites. That you can be deeply rooted in God and deeply operational in business at the same time.
That the middle is worth documenting.
